hey guys, was busy again with homework and studies up to the neck =x...
anyway, the updates of the freshmen orientation will be put on hold till the cny comes round the corner.

For the past two weeks, many things came in good and bad. Firstly, grandma blessed me with some money, but she fainted on her bed one week after due to low blood glucose and high red blood cell content. Thank god that she will be discharged tmr and the tests are done awaiting for results. Secondly, studies started to snowball, but the tutorials also slowing down. I can catch my breath before chionging again. woo hoo..

God really uses us in many different ways to see His grace and kindness. One example is that I was studying programming ( in the midst to correct the Vista's stubbornness to run C++ better) and Jas was confessing abt her emo state and writing an emo song. So i got distracted by a gentle push (Holy spirit loves to do this) and decided to come out with a tune for her. Within 20 mins ( no joke), i got it out and sent the tune to jas. She was astonished to hear it too (btw go to connects and visit jas blog) and indeed it is by the grace of God to allow Jas to be revived in her emotions to be happy for God.

Non-Christians also feel this too. Look at the successful people today. Some of them are non-believers yet they became so creative and successful too based on God's common grace. So brothers and sisters in arms, don't be discouraged. With God, all things are possible through Christ who strengthens us!

oops! my bad haha... not my habit in blogging though but i will try hard next week to get updates up n fast asap!

Anyway, this week is coffee prince week!! wahaha eversince rui introduced me to the show on youtube, i developed a bad habit of staying up late till 2-3am den i sleep. Then the next following day, each time I am late for class...

However, the best thing is always saved for the last. This week CG was tremendous! It wasn't my guitar nor howard nor anyone else... The presence filled the place and I was feeling fire on my body (you won't believe how much i perspire even though the room is cool) this moment is unique and unbelievable. It is GOD!

Then comes the service! same thing happened to me again (i'm suffering a cold tat time) perspiration is found near my face n hands. God is good and He always leaves a great impression on the person who experienced His love.

Sorry for the late blog entry! I was lost in my own world lately in videos and games and studies.

Was busy for the past week... tuition coordinating ( so far not yet successful but still trying) and giving tuition ( imagine 2 hrs for each session), of cos school too...

Through all such busyness, i was more of tired losing steam along the way... i haven't been myself lately... all the enthu'ness just leaked out of my soul and the hardworking spirit was running away...

Been searching and reflecting why my life became such a mess now... no focus in direction whatsoever... My personality just went MIA... so during my quiet time, as i was practicing praise & worship, presence of God just came down upon me and unlocked a certain locker in my heart. Inside this locker contains many disappointments, from friends, past relationships, relatives and even myself in 2007.

It will be a long story if i were to share all of them at once haha but i just wanna say that these pains are something i hide for so long. When i opened the locker and set them free, all flew past me leaving me with cuts and injuries. So serious, that i broke down in tears and crying out "i don't wanna go thru this!"... Praise the Lord, i was healed instantly after they went by and made my heart clean once again.

Freshman Orientation Update 2

hey guys as i promised, this is the 2nd update over here haha.. now we proceed onto day 2 and 3 of the camp.

Day 2 is the washing of the freshmen from the dirty stinky initiation night haha. We went onto pool games and everyone is glad with the chlorine washing them clean smelling like bleach. but we lost like land animals, out of 5 games we won onli one game haha..


still we come out as a more united team always. and we came out a funny cheer too after the end of the games too.



After the pool games, we went onto a series of station games where we involve sports and food haha..



Plenty of games we are champs in haha... not at if we are aiming but we just want to win every rd without ambition haha... hmmm... how contradictory...

After the stations, we emerged champions tied with our siao on rival og haha... (those from tito shld noe this)

Soon, we went into a fright night which first impression i thought was a safety briefing about chem eng lab haha... Soon it escalated into a frenzy outside where a fake corpse is laid with two 'CID' officers investigating. We went all over the campus searching for clues and witnesses who scared the hell out of us haha.. sad there is no photo over here cos our photographer is missing in action. In the end, we became investigators rather than being scared haha... We ended the fright night with an obvious answer to the mystery and we went back to our rooms at 3am o.O

Soon the third day comes with a hot sun. We were participating in amazing race along the east west line haha.. it was fun running ard and all ( sure made me lose some fat) , of cos we went shopping to buy presents for our secret partners.

We were the first to reach back the finishing line reaching at like 330pm? haha the next team came in at 5pm tho haha..

Countdown to 2008!

Hey guys, was away with my cell group on 31st dec to Kbox!!

We all sang our hearts out, our throats dry and our wallets half empty haha.. anyway we went to esplanade right after the kbox with our dry throats. Just then we realized that human sardines cans were set loose right before us in city hall. The crowd was overwhelming at that time. Can't believe we actually walked out of there into esplanade.

We had dinner at makan sutra gluttons' bay. Wow the food is awesome but the price is slightly steep for an open air food market. We were so full that we could sleep on the table but haha we wanted to watch the fireworks so we went ard looking for good spots to view the fireworks.
Like what i just said, the sardines cans had been set loose so we could not find a spot to sit even. So we went to Darryl's house and watch the works!

Countdown with a BANG! and not forgetting beer too haha... soon after everyone got tired n slept... z z z ...
